Crafted in the Clare Valley of South Australia by winemaker Kerri Thompson under her small‐batch Wines by KT label, the 2025 Pinot Gris is made from fruit grown at Callander Park Vineyard and vinified with wild indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention. The wine shows lifted aromatics of floral perfume, pear drop and tropical notes, leading to a textural palate that balances glossy fruit layers with lively acidity and a fresh, zesty finish that captures the Clare Valley’s cool-climate clarity.
