How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are:

Free shipping on orders over $250 and to the Brisbane metro area


Flat rate shipping cost of $15 on orders under $250 within QLD


Flat rate shipping cost of $20 on orders under $250 within NSW


Flat rate shipping cost of $25 on orders under $250 within VIC

How soon will I receive my order?

Leaving wine unattended/signature not required

Wineism and its contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required method.

We recommend you are personally available to receive your order.

You agree to release Wineism from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Please note that under certain circumstances Wineism and its contractors associated with delivery may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.

General delivery information

Wine is normally delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, however in rural or remote areas the delivery will be left at the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre.

A signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for later collection by you from a range of partner premises close by. The person collecting the wines from the collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee.

Wineism will not deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If the order is not collected within 5 working days, it may be returned and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.

Wineism recommends monitoring your delivery information and being available to receive your order to avoid it being left in unsuitable temperatures and environments. Wineism cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. We recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

Returns & Refunds

At Wineism, we want you to enjoy the wines you buy from us, simple as that. And, if you don’t like a wine you have purchased from us you have 30 days to send it back to us for a store credit for the full amount or full refund, whichever you prefer.

We only sell wines that we think you'll love however, we completely understand that everyone’s tastes differ so please do not hesitate in sending the wines back to us.

Getting it back to us

When you want to return the wine, email HQ@wineism.com.au and we’ll take you through the process.

When will my refund e processed?

We will process your refund or credit as soon as we receive the wine back in store.
