Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, no. At this stage, our online orders can only be shipped within Australia. If you’re overseas and want to contact us, please email hq@wineism.com.au.
How much is shipping?
We want to share our love of great wine at the lowest possible price.
Free delivery for orders over $300
Free delivery for all subscription orders
Free delivery for Brisbane metro* orders over $100 including same-day delivery for orders placed before midday.
All other orders:
• Queensland (outside Brisbane Metro) and New South Wales: $15
• Victoria and ACT: $18
• South Australia: $20
• Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia: $25
* Brisbane Metro is within a 20km radius from Albion, Brisbane (postcode 4010)
What carrier do you use?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped by our trusted courier partners. Rest assured your wine is in good hands.
How soon will I receive my order?
Depending on where you are, you can expect a box of exceptional wine on your doorstep within 5 business days.
Leaving wine unattended/signature not required
We recommend you are personally available to receive your order.
Wineism, and its contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or breakage which results from the Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required method.
You agree to release Wineism from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
Please note that under certain circumstances, Wineism and its contractors associated with delivery may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.
General delivery information
Our orders are usually delivered from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door. However, in rural or remote areas, the delivery will be left at the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre.
A signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note for later collection by you from a range of partner premises close by. The person collecting the wines from the collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee.
Wineism will not deliver wines to anyone under 18 years of age. If the order is not collected within five working days, it may be returned, and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.
Wineism recommends monitoring your delivery information and being available to receive your order to avoid it being left in unsuitable temperatures and environments. Wineism cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect, incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. We recommend you double-check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct.
While rare, if you receive a delivery with any breakages, we’ll organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge (or we’ll refund the value if suitable replacements are unavailable).
As a condition of replacement/refund we ask that you:
• Notify us of damage within 48 hours of delivery or signing for the delivery; and
• Provide proof of the damage - a photo of the broken bottle/s, and a photo of the box clearly showing the shipping label.
Returns
Returns & Refunds
We only sell wines we think you'll love. However, we completely understand that everyone’s tastes differ, so please don’t hesitate to send back wines you don’t like. You can return it to us within 30 days for a store credit or refund.
Sending Wine Back
Simply email hq@wineism.com.au, and we’ll take you through the process.
When will my refund e processed?
We will process your refund or credit as soon as we receive the returned wine.
