'I Tre Vescovi' Barbera d'Asti 2023

This flagship Barbera d’Asti Superiore is crafted from 100% Barbera grapes grown on clay‑calcareous soils of the Bricco dei Tre Vescovi crus, where three diocesan boundaries once converged. The 2021 vintage presents a deep ruby red hue and opens with aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and cassis, intertwined with spice, tobacco and subtle leather notes. On the palate the wine delivers juicy berry core, vibrant acidity and firm yet polished tannins, finishing long with caramel‑tinged depth. Balanced and structured, it offers excellent drinking now and ageing potential ahead.
