'Obstgarten T' Riesling 2025

A bright, finely etched Riesling showing lifted aromas of lime zest, white blossom and crunchy green apple. The palate is pure and vibrant, driven by shimmering acidity and a mineral line typical of the cool Alpine sites VS&B work with. Subtle notes of jasmine, citrus pith and wet stone carry through to a long, clean finish. Textural, energetic and beautifully balanced — a precise expression of North-East Victoria through Schmölzer & Brown’s minimal-intervention lens.
