Bourgogne 'Les Auvonnes Au Pépé' Aligoté 2022

Crafted by Sylvain Pataille on a tiny 0.10 ha plot planted in the 1930s in the En Auvonnes lieu‑dit (Marsannay), this old‑vine Aligoté Doré is grown on marl‑rich, limestone‑pebble soils and farmed biodynamically. The nose opens with lemon‑thyme, pear‑skin and white‑peach aromas, followed by green‑apple and citrus‑zest hints. On the palate it’s medium‑bodied, finely textured, with vibrant acidity and a chalky‑saline finish that invites another sip.  It offers elegance, minerality and energy — ready to enjoy from now, yet built for short‑term cellaring.
