Produced by Strelley Farm Estate in Tasmania’s Coal River and associated valley regions, this 2023 Chardonnay draws fruit from select sites in the Derwent, Tamar, East Coast and Coal River Valleys. It’s pale straw‑gold with green edge, offering aromas of pear, white peach, wet stone and subtle citrus‑mineral notes. The palate is fresh yet layered—yellow peach, grapefruit, cashew and chalky minerality framed by fine acidity. These qualities give it elegance and approachability, ready to enjoy now but able to show well over the next 3–5 years.
