Vibrant and full of crunch. Bright acid like grapefruit, watermelon and a little peach tang. Long, linear. Lovely. Tasting it blind you’d think, Provence? French rosé? But no! This wonderful little wine is Australian owned and grown. Barossa Valley Grenache (52%), Mataro (30%), Shiraz (16%) and Cinsault (2%). The vines are all dry-grown and mainly bush vines with an average age of 50 years, although the oldest parcels reach up to 90 years of age. Spinifex are one of Barossa’s finest for a reason!
