From the sun-warmed vineyards of the Barossa Valley, Spinifex’s 2022 ‘Bête Noir’ Syrah is a refined expression of Peter and Magil’s meticulous winemaking. Hand-harvested and gently fermented, the wine was aged in French oak barrels to build texture while preserving the purity of fruit. Aromas of black fruits, pepper, and subtle florals lead to a medium-to-full-bodied palate with fine, silky tannins and a lifted, elegant finish.
