Same winemaker, same grape, three completely different wines. Join Chris Catlow of Sentiō Wines for an intimate masterclass exploring terroir through six wines and three single vineyards - Chardonnay from Black Spring (grown on decomposing granite at 500m, on the same Beechworth ridgeline as Giaconda and Savaterre), Coral, and Argile, followed by two Nebbiolos from Black Spring and Argile and a Pinot Noir. A rare chance to see how site shapes both white and red wine, guided by the person who made them.
