Precision-led vision of Sentio, the boutique label founded by winemaker Chris Catlow in Victoria’s cool-climate north-east. Drawing on high-altitude vineyards in the King Valley, Sentio crafts wines with clarity of place and minimal intervention.

Their Sentio Gamay 2025 bursts with ripe cranberry, cherry and raspberry, underpinned by violet floral notes, subtle spice and a crisp, energised frame. The palate is juicy yet agile, with fine tannins and crunchy acidity, finishing with vibrancy and drive.
