Sam has spent nearly two decades getting to know nine vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula, and this class is a rare chance to taste that knowledge side by side. Sites minutes apart can see picking dates swing by up to six weeks - same winemaker, same season, wildly different wines. Sam will walk through what makes each site tick and why it matters in the glass.
