Terre dei Buth is a family-owned winery that mainly produces Prosecco and Pinot Grigio, and is one of the few organic wineries in the Prosecco DOC region. It’s a region famed for commercial production, but Terre dei Buth is committed to respecting their love of the land and of their wines.
Every stage from sustainable vineyard management to the most modern technology in the winery is aimed at preserving the purity of the grape and show what Prosecco really has to offer. As well as vineyards the family grows an array of vegetables all year round, like the grapes all organically grown, and it’s that along with the strictly vegan production of the wines that inspires the colourful and distinctly unusual labels, with everything from pink lettuce to aubergines adorning the bottles.
