Champagne Laurenti is based in Riceys, a village famed for its carbonic Pinot Noir-based rosé aptly named Rosé des Riceys AOP. As a result, Pinot Noir is the workhorse for this Champagne house. Three brothers – Bruno, Joseph, and Dominque – make up the 3rd generation of winemakers for the estate. They produce 4 cuvées with Pinot Noir at the core of three of them (the exception being a Blanc des Blancs from 100% Chardonnay). The Grande Cuvée Rosée is made from 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and finished with old-vine Pinot Noir still wine to enhance the intensity of fruit flavours.
