Justin Bubb created a deep connection to Italy whilst living and working in Tuscany. When he was later drawn back to Australia after meeting his now-wife Anna Pooley (Pooley Wines) he began a small project of crafting beautiful Italian wines to bring back to Australia.

Babo’s philosophy is vibrant, elegant wines made from the finest quality fruit that respect regional styles. The Prosecco Rose is one of the first Italian Prosecco Rose's since it was only just approved under the D.O.C regulations very recently. An addition to traditional Prosecco by adding a splash of Pinot Nero to enhance the juicy character of the wine.
