A light, expressive Pinot from Nomads Garden (King Valley, Victoria). 

Pouring a semi-translucent ruby with bright clarity, it offers fragrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry, strawberry compote, with hints of forest floor, fresh herbs and gentle spice. On the palate it's light- to medium-bodied, with juicy red fruit (cherry, raspberry), fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and an earthy-mineral, slightly herbal undertone. Made from fruit at the Glenmore Springs Vineyard, fermented with wild yeasts and minimal intervention (whole-berry ferment, 14 days on skins, limited oak), it embodies a fresh, transparent “vin de soif” Pinot style — bright, drinkable and food-friendly
