From the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia, Moorak’s 2024 Rosé is a textured, dry and bright take on pink wine that blends predominantly Chardonnay with small portions of Riesling and Pinot Meunier, fermented in both barrel and stainless steel on wild yeasts with lees contact for depth and mouthfeel. Sourced from multiple hillside vineyards around Oakbank and Kuitpo, the wine shows expressive aromas of strawberry, apricot and light candy notes before a palate that’s layered, lively and fruit-driven yet savoury and focused, finishing dry with a hint of saline complexity that reflects the region’s cool-climate pedigree.
