'Saseti' Valpolicella 2023

Monte Dall’Ora “Saseti” Valpolicella Classico 2023 is crafted by the Venturini family at their biodynamic estate in Castelrotto and San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella. Their vineyards, planted on limestone terraces, yield a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta from old, pergola-trained vines. The wine is wild-fermented, gently pressed, and aged in concrete and steel. On the nose, it offers bright cherries, wild red fruit, marasca and a hint of mint. The palate is juicy and fresh, with subtle spice, savory minerality, light tannins and an easy, quaffable finish.
