Michael Hall Sang de Pigeon Blanc 2023 is a small-batch Australian white blend from artisan producer Michael Hall Wines based in South Australia’s Barossa and Eden Valleys, crafted from Eden Valley Semillon, Barossa Valley Roussanne and Eden Valley Muscat à petits grains that were barrel fermented and matured on lees for nine months from a very late vintage, showing light mid-straw colour with juicy nectarine, grapefruit, lemon and peach aromatics complemented by hints of clotted cream, white flowers, nougat and lemon curd, with distant muscat tones and a dry finish marked by clarity, pithy texture and mineral drive.
