RS6 Riesling 2024

From Yarra Valley cult maker Mac Forbes, the RS6 is Riesling with the volume turned up. The "6" nods to a touch of residual sugar - just enough to round things out without tipping sweet. Expect lime blossom, green apple and white peach, all held in check by zippy, mouth-watering acidity and a flinty mineral edge. Off-dry, finely balanced and wildly food-friendly. One hell of a flavour profile, welcome to taste town.
