Produced by Le Domaine d'Henri, the family estate led by Michel Laroche- long known as "Mr. Chablis", alongside his children Margaux and Romain and wife Cécile. This entry-level Petit Chablis draws on certified organic family vineyards around Beine, Chablis and Maligny, on the region's characteristic plateau terroir, supplemented by fruit from a trusted organic grower. Wild-fermented and vinified entirely in stainless steel, it rests on fine lees before bottling with minimal sulphur additions. Expect a bright, luminous gold hue, with a nose of white blossom mingled with lemon and grapefruit over a mineral backbone. The palate is lively, balanced, fresh and persistent, embodying the lean, reductive, unoaked style historically associated with Petit Chablis. Delicate, fruity and saline, it's a pure, terroir-driven expression of Chablis Chardonnay built for immediate enjoyment or a couple of years' further development.
