Joshua Cooper Winemaker Masterclass
Joshua Cooper Winemaker Masterclass

An intimate evening with Joshua Cooper, the négociant winemaker behind one of Victoria's most talked-about young labels.

Joshua Cooper - Halliday's Best New Winery in 2024, and one of the names Jancis Robinson and James Suckling both point to as proof Australian wine is changing, has spent over a decade building his label without owning a single vine, sourcing fruit from some of Victoria's most storied grower vineyards instead. That's about to change, with his first estate plantings going in next spring. This masterclass catches the grower-sourced chapter at a turning point, including the final ever vintage from Balgownie, sold for development after 56 years as one of the state's most celebrated old-vine sites.

Taste six wines across three vineyards - Dash Farms, Doug's, and Balgownie - spanning granite, basalt, and shale, guided by Joshua himself.

- 2024 Dash Farms Chardonnay
