'Cutio' Blanco 2024

A bright, compelling white from the hills of Cariñena DO (Aragón, Spain), made from 100% Macabeo. 

It shows a luminous golden-yellow colour and immediately offers fresh, lively aromas of citrus peel (lemon, lime), pomelo, green apple and pear — layered with white flowers, herb‑like notes and a distinct mineral / stony edge. On the palate it’s dry, crisp and finely chiselled, with bright acidity, a clean, salt‑tinged mineral backbone and a long, elegant finish. The wine comes from — one of Spain’s most regarded winemakers, widely recognised for championing old‑vine vineyards at altitude and producing wines that express their terroir with clarity and finesse.
