Made by the family‑owned estate of Jean Durup in the Chablis region, this 2023 Petit Chablis is vinified in stainless steel to preserve purity and terroir character. The nose opens with lively lemon‑zest, green apple and a hint of white blossom, underpinned by classic flinty minerality. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, with bright citrus‑zest flavours, pear flesh, and an elegant saline finish, all framed by vibrant acidity. A clean, poised white wine ideal for seafood or drinking young.
