'We Wish You Harmony' Blend 2021

James Erskine and Tom Shobbrook are friends, mentors, and now collaborators on a wine label. Having worked together making experimental wines within The Natural Selection Theory over a decade ago, they decided it was time to rekindle that relationship. As they say, any excuse to spend more time together is a good excuse. And “Our Wish to You” was born. Each year they will wish something new, but in 2021 their wish to us was harmony. A combination of Shobbrook’s poolside Shiraz (quickly pressed, fresh and fruity Shiraz) blended with Erskine’s carbonic Grenache and Cab Franc. A fruit-driven quaffer from two of Australia’s ‘natural’ pioneers.
