Holyman is a collaboration between two of Tasmania's most passionate wine families, drawing on premium fruit from the cool, windswept vineyards of the Coal River Valley. Tasmania's uncompromising climate is the secret here, producing Chardonnay of exceptional tension and purity that rival the world's finest cool climate expressions. The 2024 offers a luminous pale gold in the glass, with a refined nose of white peach, grapefruit, oyster shell, and subtle French oak influence.
