Comando G’s Villanueva Garnacha 2022 is a distinctive village-level red from the visionary Sierra de Gredos project founded in 2008 by Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi and Fernando García, champions of old-vine, high-altitude Garnacha grown biodynamically across the rugged vineyards of Villanueva de Ávila. This 100 % Garnacha ferments with whole clusters and sees oak vat élevage with minimal intervention, producing a medium-bodied wine with subtle, elegant floral, herb and spice aromatics, fine silty tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish that reflects its granitic terroir and cool-climate finesse
