Grosset Springvale Riesling 2025 delivers a vibrant, razor-sharp expression of Grosset’s Clare Valley style. Expect brilliant lemon-lime and grapefruit aromatics, underpinned by lemon blossom, white flowers and hints of wet slate or river-stone minerality. On the palate it’s bone-dry and intensely focused — lime juice and green apple shine, with a chalky, mineral-tinged texture and a long, cleansing, mineral-driven finish. The wine hails from the biodynamically-farmed Springvale Vineyard (Watervale), planted on red loam over limestone and ancient slate bedrock — a site whose geology gives the wine its crystalline purity and classic Clare Valley tension
