Ghost Rock Estate is now in the very capable hands of second-generation Tassie vignerons, Justin Arnold and Alicia Peardon. After early careers in advertising and PR, the couple moved to Tasmania to take over the family business. The Arnold family essentially created the Cradle Coast wine region, located in central northern Tasmania. With 27ha of high density, hand-tended vines, they’re moving towards an organic viticulture. They have 7 sites that are produced as single vineyard bottlings if the vintage allows it. And Justin and Alicia have added a “Supernatural” line to the portfolio, which is an experimental, small-batch offering.
