Champagne Drappier is now celebrating their 8th generation joining the family business in the Aube region of Champagne. Established in 1808, today they own 62ha of vines which are certified organic and include some of the lesser-known varietals of Champagne (Fromenteau, Arbane, Petit Meslier). They were one of the first houses to replant Pinot Noir – the grape which now makes up the majority of holdings in the Aube region. In celebration of that history, their rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the saignée method. With zero dosage, the Brut Nature Rosé is refreshingly crispy, with notes of rose petals, red fruits, and citrus.
