Rosé Brut Nature Zero Dosage Rosé NV

Champagne Drappier is now celebrating their 8^th generation joining the family business in the Aube region of Champagne. Established in 1808, today they own 62ha of vines which are certified organic and include some of the lesser-known varietals of Champagne (Fromenteau, Arbane, Petit Meslier). They were one of the first houses to replant Pinot Noir – the grape which now makes up the majority of holdings in the Aube region. In celebration of that history, their rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the saignée method. With zero dosage, the Brut Nature Rosé is refreshingly crispy, with notes of rose petals, red fruits, and citrus.
