Domaine Vico is the only winery situated in the interior of Corsica, nestled into the mountains. Emmanuel Venturi operates two sites, 5km apart, under the same umbrella but with different domaine names: Vico and Venturi. The Domaine Vico wines are farmed organically and tend to stay in stainless steel, offering a fruit forward and fresh style of wine. The rosé is their best known, offering a Provencial style, but with native Corsican grapes. The Venturi wines are also farmed organically and in conversion to biodynamics. They see concrete vats, clay amphorae, and a variety of barrel sizes, offering a more textured style of wine.
