Sourced from a single, meticulously tended vineyard, the wine is whole-bunch basket pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in barrel, spending six months on lees to develop texture and depth. The nose is lifted with white peach, apple, and delicate honeysuckle, while the palate is bright and focused, with a saline minerality that adds freshness and energy.
