'Rani' Riesling 2025

Domaine Simha ‘Rani’ Riesling 2025 — a rare, single-vineyard wine from cool-climate Coal River Valley, Tasmania, crafted in tiny batches by founders Nav Singh and Louise Radman. Using hand-harvested fruit picked on a lunar-fruit day, the grapes are whole-bunch pressed, wild fermented and aged 9 months sur-lie, then bottled unfined and unfiltered for a natural, terroir-driven result. 

The wine shows “glacial purity” with aromas of white lotus, fresh rain, lime juice and mineral stone, carrying through to a palate of bright citrus acidity, slate-like minerality and a long, crystalline finish — elegant, pure and cellar-worthy.
