Domaine Ott has been setting the standard for Provence rosé since 1896 — yes, really — and By Ott is their gorgeous, accessible expression of everything the region does best. Pale salmon in the glass with aromas of fresh strawberry, peach and dried lavender; the palate is dry, crisp and wonderfully textured. Summer in a bottle, and it doesn't need to be summer to open one.
