Domaine Naturaliste is the prodigy of Bruce Dykes, a trained agriculturist, oenologist and winemaker. Bruce worked for many years at Francis Ford Coppola’s Niebaum-Coppola winery in California, before returning to the pristine Margaret River region in Western Australia. His vineyard lies in the Wilyabrup subregion and includes a block of a particularly special heritage clone of Cabernet Sauvignon. This block is used to make one of the flagship wines – the Morus Cabernet Sauvignon. Named ‘Morus’ for its unique mulberry flavour, the wine is framed with ripe, velvety textures from 55% new oak aged over 14 months.
