Produced by Domaine les Astrelles in the village of Gevrey‑Chambertin, this 2022 bottling is drawn from a 0.47‑hectare parcel of 60‑year‑old Pinot Noir vines planted on deep clay and calcareous scree soils at 257 m elevation. The nose opens with dark‑berry fruits and wild cherry, layered with violet florals and subtle spice. On the palate it’s structured yet poised—fine silky tannins, a refined mineral backbone and fresh acidity underpin ripe black‑fruit core. Long and elegant, it can be enjoyed from 2028, with cellar potential into the early 2030s.
