Following in the tradition of viticultural inheritance that goes without saying in a lot of Europe,  Guillaume Guiton took over officially from his father, based in Beaune, in 2003. Rarely, rarely seen outside of France given the market’s demand for them in bistros, so we are lucky to have them in house. The wines of Guillaume are so prized as they come unfussed; direct, pure, engaging, charmed.
