Nicole Chanrion is a legend. Affectionately known in the Côte de Brouilly as “the boss”, she manages a 6.5 hectare estate herself. She tends to the vines and she makes the wine. She uses 100% whole cluster and carbonic fermentation, followed by maturation in large old foudres for a minimum of 9 months. Her wines are known for their powerful punch of fruit and floral aromatics.
