Domaine Bruno Sorg Riesling 2021 is a classic dry Alsace Riesling from the family-run estate in Eguisheim, founded in 1965 and now led by second-generation winemaker François Sorg. The domaine farms estate vineyards across Alsace’s diverse clay-limestone and sandy soils, focusing on expressive, terroir-driven wines from carefully tended parcels. Hand-harvested fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel with time on fine lees to preserve purity and freshness. The wine shows lifted aromas of lemon, white peach and blossom, leading to a vibrant palate of citrus and stone fruit. Crisp acidity and subtle mineral notes give the wine tension, balance and a clean, persistent finish.
