Finestra Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Dalla Mia Finestra (Italian for “from my window”) is a labour of love for couple Bruce and Jo-Anne Lang. They purchased the site, which adjoins the Yeringberg vineyards, in 1987 and planted their first vines only 2 years later. To call it an estate would be a bit generous, as it sits on 2.9ha. But it’s what they do with their small acreage that matters. They’ve planted a number of varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Shiraz, and Pinot Noir. They are hands on in all facets of the vineyard and winemaking, producing micro quantities of high-quality wines.
