'Arranmore' Chardonnay 2021

CRFT (pronounced ‘craft’) is the realized dream of winemaking couple Candice Helbig and Frewin Ries. Candice and Frewin individually commenced their careers in the wine industry in their late teens and early twenties. Since then, they’ve travelled and worked throughout the globe. Today they make single vineyard wines from 10 sites across Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. The grapes are purchased from likeminded growers. Their home estate, Arranmore Vineyard, is certified organic and planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Grüner Veltliner. Their goal is to bring awareness to site specificity, so a minimal intervention style of winemaking is applied.
