'Côtes de Provence' Rosé 2023

Crafted by the historic estate of Château Peyrassol in Provence, this 2023 Rosé comes from old-vine parcels on clay-limestone soils planted in pebbly terrain and certified organic. The delicate litchi-pink hue gives way to refined aromas of white-fleshed stone fruit, citrus peel and white flowers, with a subtle saline thread.  On the palate it is silky and lithe, offering crisp orchard-fruit, soft red berry and a chalky mineral skeleton, finishing with bright acidity and a whisper of salinity.
