AC wine how it should be! There is a real beauty in drinking a wine that tastes well made, there is real beauty in those that are left to their own devices, to slowly develop, become themselves. Clean, focussed, glittery with minerality that separates this region from other parts of France. Somehow crystal clear whilst still appearing lush, green apple, chamomile, grapefruit, raw honey.

The wines made by Sébastien Christophe reflect the importance of good farming. Though they are vinified within the traditions of the region, they are discernible from the rest in their personalities, rippling with energy and generosity. He is based in the commune of Fyé, across the river from the township of Chablis.
