The 30ha estate of Château Revelette is nestled in the heart of Provence, just north of Aix-en-Provence. They farm 11 varieties across 17 plots using organic farming methods. The vines are hand harvested. In the winery they use a combination of concrete vats and oak barrels with minimal sulfur additions and zero commercial yeasts. There are 3 ranges produced: the Château line is designed to be drunk young while the Pur line is for drinking now; the Grand Vins red and white are made for cellaring.
