The hills of Monte Alto is an area within Soave Classico owned by the Tessari family since the 90’s. It’s an area picturesque for it’s steep slopes and altitude up to 230m which is considerably high for the region and provides a depth of freshness to the Garganega that grows here.
The wine is part fermented in small and large barrels and left on lees which adds a round, soft texture and delightful nutty balance to what is otherwise a beautifully fresh and silky wine.
