Founded in 1981, Bruno Paillard is one of Champagne's few remaining independent family houses, established by Bruno Paillard himself after selling his car to fund his first purchase of grapes. Today run with his daughter Alice, the house is celebrated for its precision and transparency, including disgorgement dates on every bottle and uncompromising commitment to low dosage.

The Première Cuvée is a blend of all three classic Champagne varieties, offering crisp green apple, fresh brioche and lemon curd, with a taut, chalky minerality and a beautifully dry, energetic finish.
