As one of the oldest, most tradition Champagne houses, it demands attention for its ever generous, stunning releases of fizz. The rosé bubbles is one of their most underrated wines for it’s flavours and complexity suits so many occasions - morning tea, a picnic in the park, a pre-dinner aperitif or even flavoursome enough to stand up to a fruit driven desert. The wine is  made from 85% Grand and Premier Cru fruit as a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier.
