The Dhillon family’s Glenhope site sits on granite soils at 460 m altitude, farmed with a low-intervention, detail-driven approach under winemaker Michael Dhillon. On the nose, expect grapefruit, lime, wet stone and subtle spice, while the palate delivers crisp lemon-acid freshness, chalky minerality and a refined, clean finish. It’s bright, savoury-leaning and textured, with a long, elegant finish — equally at home with seafood or lightly spiced dishes.
