Within the vast pool that is Tuscan wines, it’s hard to get attention unless you are making something truly delicious. Bibi Graetz makes wine in medieval castle in a hillside overlooking the great city of Florence. With no formal training in wine, has been turning heads and palates since his first release in 2000. Now, with over 20 vintages under his belt and a dedication to natural winemaking, he has created a following of loyal wine lovers.

This is as tasty as Vermentino gets. A wine that smacks the lips with intense citrus and florals, both pretty and refreshing. It’s a wine that speaks of summer, somehow sneaking in a lick of saline character that takes one on a warm-weathered holiday with a lunch of fresh fish. With a green-almond finish that adds richness and complexity, it’s a style that is loved by many.
