With a name like Bacchus, the Greek god of wine, Jason Bacchus was almost obliged to forge a career in winemaking. The family’s wines are single vineyard expressions from Margaret River that elevate classic varieties into unique wines with a sense of place. 

The Chardonnay speaks of voluminous flavour with a weighted palate that provides a long, layered drinking experience. Ages on lees and for 10 months in oak, giving a round and supple softness to this otherwise boastful fruit. Jason has a gentle approach to winemaking that competes with the best that Margs has to offer.
