By Burgundy standards, Arnaud Baillot is considered a newcomer having made his first vintage in 2014. Located in Levernois, a small village on the South-East of some of Beaune’s best vineyards, Arnaud is producing wines of incredible tension and precision. His style is energetic and respectful to vineyard expression whilst offering incredible value from an up-and-coming star.
Situated just North of Nuits-Saint-Georges sitting at 320 metres elevation and facing East to South/East. Vosne-Romanée has darker soils made up from chalk and clay and produces wines of intense cherries and sandalwood spice. With each glass, the muscular tannins create structure for this generous expression of Pinot Noir - brooding, spiced yet incredibly plush.
